Data we process

• Shop data from the TikTok Shop Partner API after you authorize the app: shop ID and name, region, product listings (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, SKUs, prices, stock, audit results). Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted.
• Account data: the seller name and open ID returned by TikTok, and an email address if you provide one for reports.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, time) kept for up to 30 days for security.

Why

To scan your listings for compliance issues, show results, generate suggested rewrites and, only when you click Apply, update the listing in your shop. Product text sent for AI suggestions is processed by OpenAI under their API data policy and is not used to train models.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the app is authorized. When you remove the app in TikTok Shop, or email us, all shop data is deleted within 30 days. Backups are rotated within a further 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell data. Processors: Hetzner (hosting, Finland), OpenAI (AI suggestions, only on request). No data is shared with other sellers.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion at hello@liutoapps.com. EU residents may complain to their data protection authority.
